The rep did a great job explaining how to setup the app on my phone so that I could use a direct dial local number instead of the main 800 number. They went above and beyond to look up how the login needed to happen so that it worked seamlessly. Very pleased with the service!

A few years ago I realized that the real credit to a great company begins with the HR department. They are the ones that make the tough decisions to find just the right person for the team. Well, congratulations, because Ringcentral HR have found a great team player in Aileen. Phone support. I love Aileen... I have never been able to understand my RingCentral. Adding this phone system to our office was something that I delegated. When that person left, I realized that none of us knew how to make any changes, and that there were some mistakes on our end with the set up. I have called several times in the past, just hoping that someone would be patient with me to teach me over the phone, instead of the videos. Aileen did that for me today and even waited on the phone while customer support walked me thru the next step. If she hadn't been so very patient with me, I would have continued as a month to month customer, knowing that some day I would just opt out. However, Aileen is a RingCentral Super Star and she went above the normal customer service responsibilities to make certain I am a happy customer. Because of her exceptional level of quality assurance, I switched from month to month to an annual renewal plan, but more important than the conversion, she made my day. Thank you.

The agent I dealt with was awesome. Although it took a very long time for me to get the problems fixed, and that was very upsetting to me, I am very glad that he took all that time to make sure everything was working correctly.

My problem ticket was handled with professionalism and respect that is rare. The first tier tech realized it was not in her realm, so she immediately passed it up to the second tier after confirming the issue still existed. The second tier was very helpful. Being the IT Director here, I really appreciated his technical explanation for what was going on and what he was doing about the situation. It would have been too much irrelevant information for a typical user, but for me it was appropriate.

I have used RingCentral for 2 years and I am happy with it. My phone number is my business phone number. I have it set to ring on my cell phone, which is a personal cell phone. My RingCentral calls have a different ring tone so I always know it is a business call. I can check my messages either from my cell phone (I have their app on my cell so I can see who called/check messages from in that app) or from my computer. I have it set up so I receive a text on my cell each time I miss a phone call and also each time someone leaves me a message. I am VERY HAPPY with RingCentral! Sound quality is very good 97% of the time. Sometimes when WiFi is weak, the call is weak. Apparently I can switch, mid-call, to using my cell's service instead of WiFi but I haven't tried this yet.

RingCentral is not only the most economical option for a phone system of any size but it also has more options than the competition. It is pretty easy to make the system do anything you want such as a company directory, which phones ring when, etc. If or when I expand my business, it will be easy for me to stay up and running during any transition period.

Our phone has been working improperly for over a week. They fix one problem which then seems to create another. They fix that then another problem starts, and it takes 24 to 48 hours just to get to talk with someone. Stay away.

Lee (February 16th 2015) : WhichVoIP kindly passed on my contact information to Ringcentral. Now 4 days later I have still not been contacted, and my phone still does not work properly. I have called the corporate office, requesting to speak to a National Manager. Still no one has contacted me yet (as of this dated post).

I have a toll free number in Canada that constantly gets calls from the USA with no one on the line. The do not call suggestion works in Canada but not for USA calls. I seem to have to restart my phone a fair bit and accessing my account is a problem at times in that all of a sudden my password is not recognized.

Pro: Easy transition from our AT&T analog service to Ringcentral OfficeAtHand (AT&T's rebranded VOIP). Great sound quality probably from our managed AT&T high-bandwidth data service. Support is always ready to help by answering questions or performing reconfiguration requests. Cons: Can't think of any cons right now - so far all the reconfigs have made the VoIP service work the way we need it to.

I was very anxious when I first called in because one of my marketing numbers had been dropped and replaced by a number I imported. Not sure how that happened but the technician was able to get the number back for me!
