Great services provided. Our office uses 6 different phone lines which all have personal fax, text messages and incoming/outgoing calls which are perfect for reaching out to our residents. Every representative that I have spoke to regarding a small problem have been courteous and patient and efficient in fixing our problems.

I began using VoIP telephone service about six years ago. I would describe this service as adequate at best. When I changed to RingCentral the difference was hard to over-state. The quality of the calls and the features are extraordinary and I have recommended this service to many of my largest clients.

The Customer Service department at RingCentral was so helpful. They solved our issues quickly. And, I was able to speak to someone immediately. Didn't have to constantly listen to menus and prompts. Very professional.

Keep up the good work! Hope that you can add autodialing feature in the future, like linking leads from excel to ringcentral phone. This will help improve productivity to company users that are especially doing telemarketing.

The person I spoke too was very nice, answered all my questions, and helped settle the issue that I had. I feel that this person went over and above their regular duties!

The young man who helped me with my question went above the call of duty. I was irate with the wait time for someone to finally answer but his professionalism and demeanor made me appreciate the service at the end of the call. Very impressed.

The person I spoke to was very patient and helpful. I was extremely angry and unpleasant and he kept his cool and was still polite and helped me out.
