Pro's: Great "implementation advisers" that help throughout the transition and tailor the VOIP system to your company's needs. Endless customization and programming features. Con's: Hassle of making the "large" transition if using a standard phone system before and trying to hone in on the capabilities of this powerful phone system. Configuring internet correctly to run phone system properly (possibility of increasing bandwidth). VOIP phone systems is the future. Definitely makes your business more powerful and competitive. RingCentral has changed the capabilities of our company absolutely! Overall, couldn't be happier with the customization, user friendly, customer support (so-so - I think our company is very particular and demanding to how we want things done and wouldn't settle for less, and this is where they are use to settling with other customers). Mobile application has made large improvements and is awesome now, major cost savings in comparison to a lot of companies who have a bundled internet and phone service!!! Look into it!!! I know RingCentral has very competitive prices. Also, the faxing capabilities are awesome with RingCentral (our company is paperless and this has been a beautiful pairing with our business model). Overall, very satisfied and happy.

The sales rep was nice but the tech lie to you to lure you into their company, wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to setup phones when before I signed up they said yes they can set up the way I want (shared line appearance). One thing I hate is being lied to.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I had a problem and after contacting them they solved it very quickly! Also, I was not on hold for an hour like other phone companies I have used previously. You guys are the best! Keep up the great job! We love you!!
