The tech persevered through a complex issue. He committed himself to finding a solution, remaining professional and personable throughout a very long process. I hope if I ever have an issue again, he will be there to resolve it. Thank you!

The tech was fantastic. I was just calling in for information this time in preparations for changes we're going to make in a couple weeks. She was able to answer every single technical question I had. I hope I get her when I call back to make the actual changes.

I am writing this review while on hold again with Ringcentral. I am waiting to get a shipping label to send back the phone. I have been waiting for 4 days to get a return shipping label for the hardware. They will not allow me to talk with the shipping department and apparently my labels are ready but the person on the phone can't get the password needed to get the shipping label. Sounds like stall tactics to keep my money. I think at this point I will have to turn to my credit card company to get my money back because after 4 days and countless phone calls just to get a shipping label sounds so fishy and dishonest. Also they will not return my money until they get their hardware back but they had no problem charging me the day I ordered the system. The term also first started on the day of the order. It took one week to get the hardware so I paid for one week before I had the service. I had to spend an hour on the phone to get my 30 day free trial. Was told my cordless phone could be plugged into the back of the phone provided - WRONG. Had to order an adapter and go to a 2 person system (extra $500 for the year) Then, they were not able to port my existing numbers over (I was told that would be no problem - WRONG again) and I was forced to cancel. Then all the BS began.

We've had RingCentral since 2010. I honestly have not been pleased with the support until recently. The help I received was not at all knowledgeable. Over the last few months I have noticed a HUGE improvement! The questions I've had were answered perfectly and quickly! I don't know what you did to improve your customer service and the technical knowledge but I am VERY, VERY impressed

The support person was knowledgeable, and very courteous and got what I needed done.I have always gotten what was needed by a polite and efficient employee at Ring Central. They have always been well mannered and knowledgeable whether tech support or customer service They have always been well mannered and knowledgeable and eager to help.

Having been with Ring Central for six months I have never been disappointed with the help given to me. Whether it was a small question or if it was a technical question that was involved the person I spoke to was courteous and got my issue resolved. There customer service has always been the best in resolving any questions I had. After dealing with other phone services I would say they have been my best experience yet.
