You guys are great! I've already been recommending you to my friends and customers. I'm paying half of what I was paying for my traditional provider, and have far more control, features, and call quality.

Your Support person that handled my case was very patient, informative, and helpful in resolving my issue. His constant show of respect while dealing with a frustrated customer was very professional. Extremely impressive and a great asset to your company.

Sound quality is very good, obviously the most imortant feature. The cost is lower than most providers. Call handling features don't work quite like I would hope. Customer service is sub-par, I guess you get what you pay for. To RingCentral's credit they have been adding and making features better. No doubt a GREAT value, if you don't need all the bells and whistles.

Every phone rep I've worked with has gone above and beyond. This company has certain features that have yet to be implemented. Even in those rare cases the customer support team always has a work around in place they will be happy to walk you through. Great service!!

We migrated to Ring Central 5 years ago and have had zero bad experience or failed service with them! In the few times we needed some hand holding to figure something out, their support was EXTREMELY accurate, patient, and friendly. Quite simply, I can't imagine having a more dependable and powerful phone provider than Ring Central!! ;)

RingCentral is clearly investing in building an ever-improving service. The quality and features have grown nicely over the past few years and their 24x7 live support is always among the best I've encountered.
