Wonderful experience

The gentleman I worked with was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I appreciated his efforts to fix to the problem, which he did. Also, when I was confused by something, he was very kind, and would comment to assure me that it was a normal confusion; he was very empathetic, which I truly appreciated!

Excellent Service! Saves Money!

RingCentral has proven to be a real asset. My company mainly the FAX feature. I scan my documents to a PDF file, and simply fax them from my computer to a standard fax machine on the other end. Very reliable!

Awesome Service ever seen

I am using Ring Central for almost 3 months till now. I would say its such a wonderful customer service they provide. Their product quality is awesome. Its such a nice experience working with them. Our business runs smoothly just because of Ring Central. I have used several other VOIP providers earlier but Ring Central is my favourite and its actually worth what we are paying for. Reodel was the sales guy who helped me with the set up process. All their Sales & Customer Service executives are very knowledgeable & can resolve the issues quickly. Hats off to Ring Central

Very reliable. I like the fact that there is never a long wait on the phone for questions. Staff is always very helpful. Setting up was a little time consuming but worth it.

Service AND Features are Great!

When traveling in Japan and China, calls came through over WiFi, and calls were made over WiFi just as easily as standing in my California office. Porting existing land lines over was simple and quick. Been using this for years with no issues. Service has been excellent and they are now providing training on features that we didn't use. Highly recommended.

Great!

Their reps are incredible! I've had an account for two years. A rep was able to fix about 5 unrelated issues that have been bugging me for over a year, he did it quickly and easily and showed me how to do it for future use.

Best service I've ever had. Explained what I wanted, he said hold on 1 minute, came back, tested it on the spot and everything worked perfectly. I like the new website design, but the search feature is a mess for such a simple problem, but you're rep saved the day from what I was expecting to be an hour of frustration. Give this guy a raise!
