For years, I've used a small business PBX system with VOIP capability until recently when I switched to RingCentral more for cost savings than its feature set. The good news is that the quality of the service and the features offered are excellent and well worth the cost of the services. Call quality has been great, and the features offered have made me wish I had made the change to RingCentral much sooner. Highly recommended!

The rep was awesome, she assist me in configuration of my cisco phone. Also she spent a little time to show me how to navigate my control panel. As new user to RingCentral the customer support was very impressive!

Because my issue could not be immediate resolved I was given "credit" to cover me until the matter could be resolved. I appreciate the no hassle resolution to my immediate problem and have complete faith that the main issue will be resolved quickly. Thank you

Always great support from people who know their stuff! I switched a customer from Verizon to RingCentral and from my first contact to post sales to install to daily usage, RingCentral was there the entire way for me and my customer.

Wish the price was $19.95 a month. Most produces have a monthly costs so the costs for fax, cell, internet and etc can add up. Reduce in monthly costs would be nice.

The RingCentral setup and web interface is confusing, you have to really dig around the menus to find what you are looking for. Simple call forwarding is not easy. Caller ID only gives you the caller number, you have to pay extra to get the caller name. The softphone is terrible. The only thing preventing me from changing to another VOIP service provider is knowing that I will go through the same pains again to get it working.
