Support agent was extraordinary. She was courteous and patient, knowledgeable and efficient while presenting a genuine interest to help. In addition, she was personable and did not sound like a robot reading a script. I appreciate very much talking to someone so very REAL.

Outstanding customer support; awesome features; I highly recommend this service. We have used this service for over a year now and I have found it to be highly flexible and adaptable to our many and varied needs.

The customer service is excellent when you call. They answer the phone in just a few rings. Once in a while I have to wait for a representative, Buts that only during peak times. I would recommend this service because of the great value and customer service.

Pro: Call Center people are wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgeable and perky no matter what the issue my be or how complicated the issue may be. Con: It's difficult to manage/change features online. It's always quicker and less complicated to just call for assistance.

RingCentral is superior to any other service I have had. This is an amazing company! We use this for our entire company. We have never had an issue. They have provided us excellent service. Excellent customer service and easy to use.

Ring Central provides a very good and cost effective alternative to a standard PBX. We support staff members in 20 different locations and are able to configure our system to provide the type of service our subscribers expect.
