Well experienced and qualified engineers on the Technical support line. The good thing to note that Tech support team have solution for all customer needs, and they are very courteous.

Thanks, RingCentral, for all your help in getting this number ported out from OneBox. I'm frustrated that OneBox kept dragging their feet but we finally got it done with a conference call between the technicians.

I was pleasantly surprised when I recently called RingCentral for assistance. I am an AT&T Account Manager whose business customer recently ported their toll-free service from AT&T to RingCentral. A few weeks after the port, the customer called me to say that their toll-free number and the line it was pointed to was out of service. I panicked because I have never had to call into RingCentral before and was very worried about getting assistance to try to figure out what was happening with the customer's service. My call was answered promptly and the representative, she was very thorough, patient, informative, and helpful and even waited while I patched the customer on the line to do some troubleshooting. The issue turned out to be on the customer's side anyway but the rep immediately sent me an email with her contact info and to follow up. I was very impressed with the personal service and feel a lot more confident in recommending RingCentral to my customers going forward.

I was very impressed with the level of service provided. I had a fairly complicated setup I wanted to put together and the customer service rep walked me through it and even did parts for me that I did not understand. She really went over the top of what I would expect from someone in technical support and it is very much appreciated.
