Thinking of VOIP, then think no further. RingCentral has done all the brainstorming and have everything that you require and more. I have been using it for almost 2 years now. Never ever I had a bit of issue or complaint. NEVER EVER I HAD A BIT of issue or complaint. Great App guys! Highly recommended.

RingCentral provides the best product - I have it call forwarded to my cell phone when I am in the boondocks of Canada and never have a problem with the quality of the calls. I have been a client now for 8 years and highly recommend them. Their customer service is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

My first experience using RingCentral was back when I started a new business, nearly 10 years ago. What I loved about it then, was the way you could sound like a big company, even if you were operating from only a cell phone. Now I work for a larger company, and we use it in our office, with multiple extensions and desk phones for everyone. I like it even better now! Big or small, RingCentral is great!

As my ratings indicate, the software and sound quality is usually very good. We have had a very bad experience with customer support due to an eFax to RingCentral issue. Well over a month of being given the run around. Getting emails saying someone will contact you shortly and more than 2 days later nothing has happened. So my recommendation comes with 2 caveats: - If you run into issues, you may have problems with customer service. - They are a little pricey, costs add up quickly once you add all the things you need.

When we looked at our need, RingCentral had what the requirements were. Not only that, there were so many other options that came with the product, we knew we would overwhelm our users with too much. So we have progressively begun to show more functionality as users have become comfortable with the basics. It's like every few weeks, we have a "did you know it does this too" session and it's helped to bring users on slowly and helped to make them more productive over time versus causing them to shut down with too much information at one time.
