RingCentral has the best offering I've tested. I have used them now for over a year, and have no complaints. Their app is easy to use and offers all of the tools I could imagine having at my fingertips. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

RingCentral is just always there. We have been using it for over 10 years and there were no more than 2 times that there was a severe service interruption that effected incoming calls. The service is versatile and can be customized in many ways to accommodate just about any requirements. Easy holiday pre- programming for any message changes. And their "Ringout" feature allows me to use any phone or cell phone and my customers still see it as my office phone. It's great!

The Chat line took some time (5 minutes) to get started. Once we began, I felt comforted that the support person was able to understand my problem and quickly guide me through to resolution, which is what happened.
