RingCentral has consistently provided high quality sound, relevant business phone features and friendly customer service for eight months now. I am very satisfied with their overall performance so far! Like all Internet based services, your Internet quality (upload & download speeds) should be good and configured properly so as to achieve good quality voice sound.

The feature set of RingCentral and the ability to use a SoftPhone (computer software with computer headset; negating the need to purchase phone hardware) and integration with my smart phone were driving reasons for choosing RingCentral. Only issue is that the softphone app on my computer tends to crash and turn off for no explicable reason a few times a week. This software also did have usability issues and outright bugs, but frequent updates have resolved most issues. Still recommended.

Have had "service" with RingCentral for one year. In that time we have had daily problems with dropping calls, or clients not being able to reach us at all by phone. Up to 7 times an hour, the phone rings once then drops. My clients have taken to emailing us or coming by my store to make sure that we are still in business. RingCentral's helpline continues to blame us for dropping calls, and their opinion is that my clients call us, wait for it to ring and then hang up. Read the reviews on Yelp, as, unfortunately, our experience is typical. 90% 1 star reviews on Yelp, with a handful of 5 star raves from people with no other reviews. When someone does reach us, the call goes in and out, or often sounds like they are calling from underwater. I NEVER write bad reviews--but if my note can stop someone from what my company has gone though--it's worth it. If there had been even a weak attempt to help us--instead of blaming us for our nonexistent phone service--I would not be so vigilant about this matter. RingCentral has been my single worst business decision in 30 plus years of business ownership.

They do all they can to help you with any issues. They take customer care very seriously. Excellent service, worth every penny. Gives a professional look to your company.

Customer service is no longer easy. I've been with RingCentral for 4 years and have placed several of my clients there. Getting to be more trouble than they're worth. I'm shopping. Programming is harder now that they're trying to make everything "easier", it's just harder to find the more advanced options and they're getting more expensive and taking away benefits.

I am changing my fax (of 8 years with eFax) to RingCentral and working with my RingCentral Account Manager and your Tech Support were STELLAR! Both VERY Helpful, Friendly & Knowledgeable! They really worked 'with' me setting everything up and always friendly with any questions I have. I am looking forward to a very long relationship with RingCentral with this kind of service!

We were having frequent choppy call quality for several weeks and I was told by my IT guy that it was a RingCentral issue, RingCentral said it was Comcast, and Comcast said it was our equipment. It turned out it was a Comcast issue, not a RingCentral issue but we could not have diagnosed the problem without the rep's help and the tests that he ran. He was a huge help in getting it resolved.

I was amazed at how efficient the customer support center was. I have grown accustomed to waiting on hold for a million years, being transferred around to finally land at a person that may not have the ultimate knowledge but has enough heart to attempt the resolution. NOT today! I am wowed at the few rings that it took to reach the exact person that was equipped to handle my issue, and to have the entire event resolved with a "trial run through" TWICE before I could finish making my afternoon tea. THANK YOU RINGCENTRAL!
