Ringfree Communications, founded in 2011, is based in North Carolina and provides hosted VoIP phone systems for businesses nationwide across the US. You can find them on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Typically we start with giving a breakdown of the pricing information. Unfortunately this information is not available directly from the Ringfree website so you will have to contact them for specific pricing information based on your needs.
We also like to provide information on the available features but there is not a lot of specific information regarding them. However, like all VoIP systems you can be sure they have a lot of features and most likely many you need. If you need more advanced features like CRM integrations, video conferencing, and SMS messaging then you will need to contact them to verify the full feature list.
What we do know is that Ringfree do offer hosted VoIP phone systems for businesses, unlimited local and long distance calling, National and International telephone numbers, and International calling at per-minute rates. The features that are noted include call recording, advanced call routing, call queues, follow me, call reporting, conference room extensions, advanced voicemail options, and a user panel. You can also use the Counterpath Bria Softphone client (for both desktops and Smartphones) with the system, but do note that Bria is a paid subscription service.
Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm ET. They do have an emergency line for 24/7 coverage. You can also send them a message or email them. They have dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSM) so they may assign you an account manager so you have one point of contact. A learning center is available through their website but to get full access you need to be logged in. They have various how-to guides and instructional articles to help you with features and set up.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available, providing some peace of mind knowing that your service has some form of guarantee.
They offer four different Yealink IP phone models, T42G, T46G, T48G and the W52P (DECT system). There is no pricing available on their website.
There is very little information available on the website. You really need to contact them to find out more about pricing, device support, and what features are available. It makes it tough to really decide if they should be on your short list or not.
There are no service terms and conditions published on their website. This is where you will find items like a fair use policy which provides any limitations on the unlimited usage of their calling plans.
Not a big issue but the blog content index appears to have some formatting issues making it difficult to read and some blog articles have missing media.
First impressions when looking at the Ringfree website are high with a very eye catching design. However, after flicking through the web pages it brings a sense of a lack of information about the actual product itself. In these days the website is often your shop window. In this case the shop window itself looks great but the stuff inside the window is sparse.
They do have some great testimonials from happy customers which shows they are doing something right. With the limited information available it is difficult to provide a recommendation either way on Ringfree. If you have used their services please add your own review based on your experiences for others to read.
