Our rep was very knowledgeable and prompt in response to my request. Fixed my issue in a timely manner so I could receive phone calls working remote. The rep was also very polite.

I had a very complicated system to set up in my home based office. We had 3 separate lines for 3 different businesses and 1 888 number. Soundcurve solved the problems and I have been a very happy customer for several years. I would say their tech support is great but I have used them so infrequently because the system works so well. Nevertheless they are always very responsive. And they saved me a ton of money. I can't recommend them highly enough.
