I needed phone service and I needed it quick. I was terrified of ending up with long drawn out costly terms so I searched and searched online and came across Soundcurve. They made our onboarding process easy and stress-free. It has been a little over a year and we have received excellent customer service, response, and fair pricing. Anytime I want to add a new line or have a question they have been amazing getting back to me. One wish I have - caller ID and a feature to block robot/spam callers. Overall our experience has been great. We highly recommend Soundcurve to any small business needing more than one line.

Our experience with SoundCurve has been excellent since we switched over 2 years ago. If you are considering switching, I suggest going with SoundCurve. For these reasons: 1. Price: we saved over $100/mo when we switched over from Comcast. And we didn't have to buy anything since they provide the phones. 2. Easy set up process: Our rep was very nice and set everything up for us. Whenever we had a question or concern, our rep always answered the phone or email right away. There was no stress for us. 3. Service: we haven't had to wait on hold once, and every time we have needed something, they remembered us and delivered quickly. Night and day difference from Comcast's support. 4. Reviews: we researched several Business Phone Providers and noticed SoundCurve has the happiest customers. 5. Size: SoundCurve is on the medium size company which was concerning to us at first, but they've been more responsive and much easier to get help from than Comcast ever was. They go the extra mile to meet our needs.

As a healthcare professional, it is of the upmost importance to me that my patients and other health care providers are able to reach me on a daily basis. The people at Soundcurve have helped me tremendously with providing me an amazing phone service that is easy to use, and very professional. They have made my life easier ten fold and I have recommended them to many of my colleagues. I highly recommend them.

SoundCurve helped set me up with my home office after transition to work from home several days a week post- pregnancy. The phone lines transition smoothly whether it's a home office day, or if I'm in the main office. I even get it working to my cell phone if I don't pick up at either! Great customer service!

Wow, a VoIP company that understands and implements as close to flawless as you can get especially when other phone companies have to be dealt with. Soundcurve should be the first choice, however, if it isn't, give them a shot and you won't regret it. I just wish I had found them sooner.

We started the service while starting our company and a few years later while we have grown we value their services even more! We have never had any down time and even when we moved the customer service in minutes had us up and running. For every question we had we always get an immediate reply. Add this to the flexibility of their services we will keep using them as we continue to expand.

I had a problem with some of my phones settings. Contacted support, who addressed the problem within minutes. The tech person sat on the issue until it was completely resolved to my satisfaction.

Very customer service based. Always there when I call. Our office voicemail and office times are a little different then most business but they understood and manage our system correctly. If there ever is an issue, I can always call and talk to a real person.
