TIME WARNER REVIEW: Been a customer since PREVIOUS to the Comcast days. Constant outages, condescending tech help, 9 days before an actual human comes out? Just don't do it. Sending smoke signals would be more reliable than Time Warner Cable. AND, IF they ever do admit to an "outtage" and give you a few bucks off, you're next bill goes up by a couple bucks per month. Amazing!

TIME WARNER REVIEW: Since Timewarner took over the newwave area in kentucky i have had nothing but trouble and less than helpful customer support. I have been waiting 6 weeks now for a repair person to show up that knows more than yeah I don't know how fix that for an area of close to 70 thousand people they have one line maintnance man and they keep moving him out of the area. If i had a second option, i would have dropped this service 5 weeks ago. as far as the review policy goes i don't think they have valued customers. i have also put this on the bbb website.

TIME WARNER REVIEW: We have time warner bundle and very dissatisfied. Our service for either the phone, tv or internet is constantly down or our dvr is malfunctioning. Our dvr box has been replaced twice with multiple service visits. Our phone has made multiple random calls on its own to people we do not know; this problem was reported several times before the issue was eliminated. Also, our tv service is lost multiple times a month. We do not recommend Time Warner to anyone. We are looking for other service:(

TIME WARNER REVIEW: I've had TWC for over five years because that was the only provider in my neighborhood. Their customer service is horrible and three times I've had to drive 30 minutes to get my modem changed out because it stopped working. The very day, that AT&T became available, I signed up and once installed, canceled my TWC. I also canceled Direct TV, and they were kind enough to send a pre-paid box to return their unit. No such service with TWC, but their customer service has been awful for YEARS!! Don't ever use it, and perhaps even the Hughes satellite service would be a better value! TWC is a complete sub-par company

TIME WARNER REVIEW: I am STILL waiting for my Time Warner service in my apartment and I CANNOT move in since my work requires me to have internet. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered the service. DO NOT GET TIME WARNER

TIME WARNER REVIEW: I dont know if there are better providers, but Time Warner is awful, power fluctuates constantly on both the TV and the internet. They have NOT once keep an original appontment date or time and there has been over 8 calls in the last 4 years. If you are not using Time Warner DONT....who ever you have is as good or better. Time Warner might have more money, but they dont use it to provide for customer service or product. I am in process contacting other internet providers for a price. Once TW has your money, you no longer exist in there eyes, they dont even pretend to care.

CHARTER REVIEW: Sign up with Charter and they will harress you every day with phone calls trying to sell you more services. I called them to have them take my number off thier list for promotions . They claimed that would take 20 days and the numbers of calls I recieve from them has gone from 1 a day to 4 or 5 a day . They will be hearing from my lawer soon.
