Outstanding job by the rep assisting this Church to convert to VoIP Service. The information given helped educate and instruct in getting to our new service. The phones are great and simple to use.

On the day of our install, one of the main contractors went into the hospital. SpectrumVoip got the job done, but because he wasn't there, we had some major hiccups. They worked us through everything and then some! Support has been an incredible resource to me and they have gotten us in a great place with the new phone system.

Network Technician out of Texas was great to work with. Being in IT it was nice to communicate with someone that understood our needs and equipment. Great knowledge of user permissions, static routing and tcp/udp ports I needed for SIF & RTP traffic.

The tech did a GREAT job installing more than 60 phone sets at 4 locations over the same number of days. He was professional, courteous and kept me abreast of the status numerous times daily. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had this system installed this morning and it went much smoother than I anticipated it would go. He was very patient and with us and gave us as much time as needed for us to understand. Would definitely recommend over our previous experience with another provider.

I worked directly with Mike and he did a phenomenal job. He was patient and very easy to work with. We were having trouble with our Internet and he went above and beyond to help us work through it. Only a few days in but we LOVE our VoIP service and so glad we got to work with Mike for technical needs. Thanks again for all your help.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative and very proficient. He was able to install the network for the telephones as well as the installation of the new telephone system without any issues. His ability to train our office on the use and features of our new equipment and services is second to none. Without hesitation I would recommend his expertise and services any day of the week and ten times over.

I worked with several people at SpectrumVOIP, from the Project Manager; their field technician and the programmer who handled the configuration of the system and auto-attendants. All were superb and helpful to us at a critical phase because we were not only moving to a new phone system but the company was also simultaneously moving to a new physical location and that complicated matters tremendously. But I cannot say enough good things about the way each of these professionals handled the process. They are each a credit and an asset to the company they work for. And the system itself is fantastic. I would unhesitatingly recommend using SpectrunVOIP; in a career spanning over 40 years I've admittedly become jaded about the claims salesmen make regarding the products they represent; but not these guys. They have met and in many cases exceeded my expectations about their product and their service is superb. Tech support was especially helpful and responsive in getting our auto- attendants set up correctly. The project manager was always ready to guide us through the implementation process promptly and courteously.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This company is a joke. They have ZERO customer service skills. Their techs are rude, incompetent, and poorly trained. Default answer to phone issues is "Oh, we don't manage that for you". If you manage to get past that the next option is to pay a large fee to have someone come look at your system. I have multiple emails for various cases that say a follow up was needed and no one ever follows up. Better off doing it yourself than going with this company. I was told by our sales rep that poor customer service is expected with IT professionals because they lack people skills. Total idiots and not worth a penny.
