In general I am ok with the VOIP service. It is not very great. But it is not really bad. Occassionally connects won't work. I have to either restart box or pray that teleblend will fix it. Because teleblened technical service or customer service don't know how to answer the calls from their customers. They just let the calls to ring, and don't bother to address. The only way I found working is submit trouble ticket on their website and it is addressed in about 7 days. Since the number of times the serious interruptions were low, I am hanging with them for sun rocket days, more than 6 years. But the worst part of the service is billing. They have fee for everything. Fee for cancelling the service. Fee for changing the service. Now they offer the same service what I get for half the price and for me to get the price, I have to pay an additional fee. Ridiculus....I am looking for other VOIP, and moving.........audios.....teleblend.

I have used TeleBlend for five years now. I have tried other VOIP services during this time. They do not offer all of the features that TeleBlend does. Notably, the abilities to access your voice mail via the internet while traveling(I use this a lot!). They can offer to match price, only for a limited time! During these five years, I have contacted service support only twice. Once was my error in setting up at new address. Still they resolved quickly. Very simple self activating setup! Can customize and block block calls via your TeleBlend internet account.High quality sound and performance! I highly recommend TeleBlend!

As long as the service works you are fine. Once you have problem the Service Department and Engineering Departments Suck. The holidays and Office hours are more important to company than the Customer Service. Rather their Customer service will threaten you to put on hold and WILL PUT ON HOLD. I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 1hr 30 min.

Been with Teleblend since Sun Rocket - has to be years and years (7 or 8). I have one line at home, then I also forward that line to another line that is at one of my business's and wired into my nec phone system to ring on its on line. I also have it as the primary line on one of my other business's. So I use 3 teleblend lines and they work flawlessly. Outgoing calls are easy, incoming are as clear as any provider we have. Internet lines are less reliable for dropouts then lines from my Internet Carrier as they use the Internet itself instead of the cable backbone. Between all my business's and residential we have a variety of line types - for VOIP this company has been excellent - especially on call features, call sound quality and value for money paid (especially that). Of course we are on Cable broadband type internet service and not their cut rate bandwidths and that helps I am sure. I think a strong internet connection is extremely important when adding voip. Teleblend is not going to sound distant and cellular like some cheaper voip companies - you will be happy.

I slid my service with SunRocket to Teleblend when SR closed. I have had good service with Teleblend, lots of Speed Dials, best service for dialing into bank accts with passwords. Only 10 numbers in the Call log. wish there were more. I also have Phone Power service.. which is very good Teleblend is the same as Sun Rocket and calls are clear and go thru with no problems.

Very embarassing when people call your home number and get a message that says the number is not in service - sounds like I'm not paying my bills or something. Service works 90% of the time, but does anyone want that? Granted it's cheap....and for a reason. Have you seen the website? My son (age 12) could have created a better one. Oh well, I'm locked into a 2 year contract now and just biding my time.

How can these pirates still be allowed to do business? I have this account transferred from Sun Rocket. At the beginning they already showed so problematic from customer service to tech support to billings but just because I already had the equipment I didn't want to change. Well that was a big mistake. Not only they rob me on continue billing after cancellation but also never refund for the months the phone did not work I hardly ever used this phone. Its more for support when my cell is out of power or has a problem. I didn't even give out the number in general, which turned out to a good thing. Last September I discovered the phone had no dial tone. I called and of course after many holds they told me they'd on it. About a week after I tried by picking up the phone and dial a friend number. There was dial tone but the call didn't go thru. being a business person and extremely busy I just lazily assumed that it was normal not being able to make connections sometimes. part of the reason for such assumption was I am non-technical and thought if there was dial tone the phone must be ok. I was on travel for a while and when I tried to use the phone just because my cell ran out of battery, I realized the same same thing happened i.e dial tone but no connection. I called and suffered the same go-around: try this and that, we'll call you and let you know, etc.. and "we'll have the engineers work on it. It never worked even after the "engineers" worked on it. Needless to say I cancelled the service and demand the refund which of course they did absolutely nothing about yet continued to charge for two more months until I called the second time to assert my cancellation After much thinking and reading other posts I come to this conclusion: 1) Overcharging and extended charging is their mode operandi and not an exception. 2) They will not automatically refund or credit you for the time the service is not working, even after you called and proved it to them. 3) Unauthorized charging and erroneous charging is commonplace. 4) Customer Service appeared to have been instructed to make customers life very difficult so they would be discouraged to demand refunds or service. This of course goes against the basic tenets of good customer service. 5) Teleblend probably knows very well that most people, like me, are very busy with their life and most likely will not pursue a final resolution to the end so they deliberatedly not correcting their over and/or wrong charges, assuming no one would do anything and let it go. Well. I am not going to let it go. I will start out by filing a lawsuit at the small claims court to demand the money they stole from me. By virtue of this lawsuit I will subpoena their record to establish a conspiracy to steal money from the consumers. This could grounds for a class action Those of you who feel the same can do the same as I do to get justice

My experience with packet8 was horrible. Finally I had to pay to cancel my service. The service would go down and I would never get an explanation. Switched to teleblend and have had them for 6 months. Love it. And it is so cheap.

Had a great experience signing up. They ported my number very easily. I have had the service for about 3 years now and have never had a single moment without service. Had Vonage before that and my number stopped working twice in one year. These guys may not spend tons of money advertising, but they sure know how to keep the service reliable.

My take, avoid teleblend... they are cheaters, they will not give anything in writing, they will always ask you to contact over phone rather email so that there is no proof of what was promised. Sales is horrible and customer service is garbage... save yourself..I am sure this will go out of business soon.... sunrocket was atleast good on service side though they also cheated customers in the end... but TELEBLEND is horrible... avoid..avoid.. save urself trouble.
