Teleblend has maintained an efficient call quality and connection time in seconds. I had to call CS one time since inception, and the problem was resolved. Next day they called back to ask me if everything is now OK. I like the Speed Dials; wish the call log feature would show more than 10 calls, say 15 or 18. Very pleased

I have this account transferred from Sunrocket. I had a bum deal from the beginning because I paid one year in advance with Sunrocket. After many months of having to deal with the service unreliabilities of the system Teleblend service finally stabilized but not always reliable and trying to reach tech support was a nightmare. I have a land line already and use this only as a mobile internet phone when I had to travel. So for almost two years I didn't use it. Last September I tried to use it after many months and it didn't work. I made at least 15 phone calls to Teleblend and received just as many. To wait for their engineers to work on the problem: 3 days, to test by shut downs plugs-ins plugs-out: 5 different times, half hour each. After they said it's been fixed it took 3 more phone calls to conclude that the box is no good. At that time I thought it was normal for VOIP companies to go thru this kind of troubleshootings but after having service with Vonage for me and Viatalk for a friend who cancelled on Teleblend as well I realized that it is not normal and quite unacceptable. With both Vonage and Viatalk it only took one phone call each to resolve the problem. Reviews on Viatalk is only so-so but their tech seem to know exactly what problem is and resolve it accordingly. I must conclude that the tech support at Teleblend in general are a bunch of idiots who don't mind to waste your time at all but always seem to be in the hurry. To make the matter worse after a billing dispute they were using my credit card number that I gave them just to use one time charge and charge me for the disputed amount and also put it on automatic payment. I cancelled the account in December 2010 and they are continuing to charge this account till this date. I din't know this until today when I received their email from them telling me that my credit card has been declined when they charged it for the current month.

1.Teleblend over charged me. 2. Did not keep their promise that agreed on the phone. 3. Billing dept rep said can NOT fix or refund the mistake they did in the past, and they just can't. 4. If you send a email, will just receive the auto replay. There's no one on the live chat either. 5. Their website state if you file a charge back and lost, you have to pay them $100 for the charge back fee. 6. Read other people's reviews and stay away from them.

I've read a lot of bad reviews on this company but I want to set the record straight. I have been with Teleblend since sunrocket bellied-up and have been extremely satisfied. Call quality is crystal clear and features are far supeior to traditional phone service. The best part of course - is the price. Great value for the $$$. Can not really remember any service outages in 3+ years. Company now offers $99.99 annual plan and a $40 referral credit offer to both the new customer and the referral customer. Have referred my parents to this service after 50+ years with ATT. Yes customer service has limited hours but I have had no problems with service where I needed after hours support, besides some things have to give to get such incredible price. When speaking with customer service they are always friendly and helpful and I can understand them (they are not located in india or china). Any minor issues that I have had have always been solved promptly.

THey have the worst customer service and their billing logic was totally ridiculous. They wanted to rip all of their customers and even for their mistakes, customers have to take the hit. After having some many issues and talking to their customer service multiple times, i thought its not good investment of my time and finally cancelled my service.

I called Teleblend last month in Nov. saying that I wanted to discontinue my service with them since I used my cell phone99% of the time. I figured that I could save $19.00/month. The individual that I spoke with suggested that for $6.99/month that I could still receive messages, but not call out. I agreed to that. Teleblend sent something saying that I would be charged $6.99/month from now on. I looked at my bank statement for December & noticed that Teleblend had charged my account $19.00. I resent the e-mail that they had sent me letting them know that they had charged the wrong amount & to credit my account. They sent an e-mail asking for my phone number since a representative needed to talk to me. When I spoke to the representative she told me that I since I hadn't put in writing that I wanted this change & that I had to put it in the following words, that the billing department couldn't change the amount. I couldn't believe my ears & let her know that I was REALLY UPSET!!!! They were just going to keep taking my $$$ without letting me know of this ridiculous rule! ? I told her that I wanted to end any service with them. The service itself was fine, but I felt that I had been deceived by this company. I see that they offer the same service that I had, but for a lower price than I had been charged.

Teleblend is a small company but growing, out of the SunRocket. same features and infrastructure. I have had the service since 1986, and am well pleased. Call logs only show 10 numbers this could be increased. voice mail and other features are great. Am well pleased with this home Voip service I have had 3 other services. for the money this is the best.

This company has the worst service that I have ever encountered. It took three months to cancel after I had no service for four months.

Customer service sucks. Changed plan to global unlimited for $19.95/m when I see bill it was $135.34. They say it still not under global plan. What a trap.
