customer service is very bad.they don't know about their call charges.they charge me over and i call them many times to correct that bill,they didn't,finally call to credit card company and they give me refund.

Teleblend service is horrible and literally disgusting. I requested them to cancel my account but they craged me for the next month and now they claim that thier terms and conditions state that they would not refund. What a joke! Do not go with teleblend. Poor quality of service and they are cheaters. cons worst quality of service horrible customer service charge you for noting their policy is not to return customers money even if it is their fault.

I have had sunrocket/teleblend or several years now and have barely had any issues at all. I think I have had an issue where I could not use the service, maybe 4 days total out of the 3 or 4 years I have had it now. It's unbelievably cheap too. I love it!

This is the worst Customer service I have ever seen. I have been with Teleblend for 2 yrs. whenever I need to call customer service, it would take at least 3-4hrs. Because they will put me on hold for 30 or 45 min finally call will go to the voice message. Once I tried asking a customer representative, regarding this, & I had a very bad experience. They don't like to take feedback. They don't have any customer value. Finally, I moved to some other phone provider, & I called them regarding the cancellation of my account, I can't tell how harsh they were. I never expected that they can talk to a customer like that. This is the worst experience i ever have with a customer service. I felt like posting a review, because no one should face it again.

Went to Teleblend in July 2007 after SunRocket closed. Have had continual service to the present, with clear calls, no dropped calls, Teleblend handles dialing into accts with passwords (level 2 and 3) with no problem. Voice Mail is also excellent. Features and technology like the Sun Rocket. Customer service has greatly improved, polite, efficient and they call back to follow up. Something that Voip.com did not ever do...

teleblend has THE worst customer service, if you can even call it that. they do not stand behind their equipment when there are problems. you have to argue for the most basic service if you have a problem. they are unreasonable at best, argumentative at their worst... and that is when you can even get a response. forget getting someone to answer the phone.... they actually have a recording that asks you to leave a message... during business hours! totally lame. check it out, most sites that review voip providers don't even bother reviewing these jokers. that's the first clue. take it!

This is THE WORST VOIP company you can choose. I called to cancel and they did cancel the service but a month later which they say gives them the right to charge me twice. I asked them why they don't pro-rate and they said, "we just don't." Which for them somehow gives them the right to keep charging me although with other companies, they can pro-rate. This company is the worst. If they charge me again I am going to submit them to the better business bureau.
