Frank from Telonium was really supportive as we needed it quickly and he made sure to work with Soft phone vendor and provided the solution. Even though we used it just for 3 weeks, quality of the service was really good.

Telonium has replaced our existing multi-system telephone, call recording and reporting systems with a custom designed all in one system. The Telonimum solution is affordable, scalable, feature rich, and the real time reporting on the web keeps my managers on the pulse of the call center. Telonium responds to our needs quickly and professionally, all while helping us to control our phone cost.

I've had Telonium at my office for about 8 months and the service I've received has drastically improved our business communications. The customer services has always been responsive and pleasant. I would certainly recommend any small business to Telonium for their new phone service.
