WILDBLUE REVIEW: Local DSL is overcrowed and very slow. Dealer sold me on "much faster speed". Will not conect to VPN's which every decent sized company in the world uses so cannot work. Will not support voip. They tell you all this when you call tech service. Cannot peruse Facebook, or shop because it doesn't download whole pages a lot of times. It was totally misrepresented. Tonight it was cloudy so no service. Stay away from this service!

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I ordered Excede/Wild Blue on 6/29/12. I had to pay BEFORE they would/could give me a hookup date. My CC was charged $369.98 and after 6 phone call could NOT get a answer on a hookup date but it would be at least AFTER August. I am trying (without luck) to get my money back. I live in WY.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Wildblue is so slow and loses connection all the time. You are stuck in the contract unless you call and wait on the phone(for 15-20 mins) and give a complaint. Its very frustrating and you can't get out of the contract for 2 years unless you pay a lot of money.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I was guaranteed the service would work where I live; however, I was forced into a 2 year contract if I didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount for set up, not that it was cheap with this contract. Therefore, I paid $60+ a month for service that DID NOT WORK. In the rare instances it did, it was super slow. After two long years, I called to cancel. I was told I had to CLIMB ON THE ROOF AND TAKE THE DISH DOWN MYSELF! Or I could incur a $125 removal fee. This "service" is all pay, pay, pay with no actual service. This is all not to mention that the installation guy was HOURS late and took until midnight to finish the intall. I would never recommend this for anyone. Instead, get wireless internet through your cell phone company. It's much cheaper and is portable.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: This is the worst internet service I have ever had! Customer service by people who can't or won't help you, but only if you can get through before you die of old age!

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Please never connect with Wildblue!!! Lost service with every passing rain storm. Had to reset modem numerous times each week. Was promised credits by Customer Service Representitive then weeks later told no way to give credit. Once Verizon became available in our area switched for half the price and faster connection.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: For the life of me, I can't figure out who would want WildBlue. All I can do on it is check my email/Facebook accounts, and I can do that on my cell. I can't watch streaming movies...runs up my download % too much. I can't watch youtube videos...runs up my download % too much. We can't use our ipad...runs up our download % too much. So I asked customer service why the heck should we continue with WildBlue after our contract expires...he had no answer. That was good enough for me...they're history!

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I wish I had read these reviews - but I will go out of my way to make warn people away from this company. Their practices are shady and unethical. They require you to sign a document that they dont send you, then disconnect you without a warning and then charge you for an early termination fee (which you didn't initiate). By the way they will refund you, and reconnect you....for a $95 fee. I can't believe they are allowed to exist - I've logged a complaint with the better business bureau.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Ok I talk to a sales person. And explained to them I has dsl and they said. They were 10X faster and more reliable so reliable in fact they would give me a 15 day trial if i put the billing on my Credit card, ok this has happened before. I have had them for 11 days and only 2 days of connecitivity, I called them this morning and they were very rude and disconnected my service because I was complaining to much, charged my credit card 150.00 and said he would charge me 300 eft fees and 78.00 a month for 24 months. and hung up and now I cannot get anyone on the phone. Stay away from this company bad service and costumer service. so I called and cancled my cc to bad for them haha

WILDBLUE REVIEW: We cancelled our service knowing we would pay a fee. WildBlue had set up our credit card auto pay, which was fine, however when we cancelled, they never charged our card and never sent a bill....therefore the only reason I paid the bill was a collector called to get the payment. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!!! The colletor said he recieved many many complaints about this service and I was definetly not the first one to find out they owed money this way. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
