WILDBLUE REVIEW: Ive been with Wild blue for less than 3 months and Im not prepared to recommend them at this time. Where I live we are at a disavantage to the service we can attain. It is much quick than dialup, but the reliable is in question. With dialup, half the time we were booted off, but now, even with our clear day we lose service quite often. We were out for 3 days, had dish repaired and 2 hours later out another 3 hours. Time will tell, and the juries still out.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I was warned about going with this company prior to going with it and didn't listen to the warnings...now I am really sorry! Worst customer service I have ever seen in over 50 years of dealing with industry.....worst ever when you call in to request help....poorly trained staff who cannot find a manager when you ask for one; poorly trained staff when you request basic information that they should be reading from a screen in front of them....need I go on? DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE....AND NO, I AM NOT WORKING FOR THE COMPETITION..... customers beware!

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Slow due to transmit time and the download limit is very deceptive! The time it takes to send and receive is lengthy (you can count out load before the data is received) VERY SLOW even if you get the best package (worse with the value packages). The thresholds are very deceptive. If you have the 17 Gigabyte package, you cannot exceed 70% of that amount per rolling month or they slow you down to almost nothing (they reduced me to 20kbps) that?s slower than dialup. The dialup I had was better than the Wild Blue transmit time. Don?t forget if you hate the service, they will stick you with the cancellation fee: $135 for me(the service sucks and that?s why they make you sign a 2 year contract). It was worth the $135 to get ride of the service($15 per month).

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I wish I could sell a product that works 60% of the time and charge full price. I think this is a fraudulent service. If you pay for 100% of the service and recive60% of that service the billing should reflect that. As for customer service, It would be nice if wild blue would listen to the customer.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Only possible internet connections are satilitte. Am not using fastest speed and would if a phone link could be established. Only snow effects connection. I was considering going to Hughes because i understood they were faster. However after looking at thousands of complaints realized i have the best service available.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: My Internet has been on & off daily for weeks. I called an a service order was put in, but as yet no one has come to look at the problem. last time I called, they informed me they are doing the best they could to fix the problem, and I told them I was doing the best I could to pay my bill each month. I even upgraded the service hoping to get a better connection. I think its worse now, except the price went up! I would not recommend Wildblue.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Just awful. Frequent outages and terrible speed. Often is slower than dial-up, especially at peak hours. Frequently stops downloading files. The only one worse is Hugesnet with its ridiculous bandwidth caps. If you have any choice, go somewhere else. PS-- At my work, less than 5 miles from my house, I could get Comcast internet--10x the speed at 1/5th the price. Really pathetic.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: I have had this service for two months. My Windows 7 computer was being inundated with updates from Microsoft. I am now downloading at a rate of 40x my miserable dial up speed. I had the same problem as everyone else. My internet speed was at a snails pace. However, I fixed the problem myself. The culprit is the "optimizer" Just empty your temporary files and uninstall it. I guarantee you a a fast and stable computer.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Beware of Wildblue and avoid like the plague if you have any other choice at all. Lousy service! I am pleased with nothing about it and wish I had not dropped dial-up; it was slow but lots less money. This company and service is a joke, I would not recommend this service provider to my worst enemy and I pray for the day something better is available in my area. The day it is, I plan to drop this provider, leave the equipment in the yard for pickup and take a bowel movement on the modem, since that would be the most eloquent comment on how pleased I have been to have wasted my time with Wildblue.

WILDBLUE REVIEW: Hardly a day passes, cloudy or clear that I don't lose internet contact and have to reset the modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds, plugging it back in and waiting for it to set up. DON'T get this service. I live in a rural area with limited service available, until later this summer, when local company will provide service and you can bet I will discontinue with Wildblue at that time. Service is barely, if at all faster than dial up and less reliable.
