Often inaudible service at home AND office!

I have Vonage at home and at work. Initially, sound quality was good. Now it's so bad at home that it's usually unusable. We've called multiple times and they keep telling us they're doing something in some central facility to fix it, but it remains nearly inaudible at times. Quality at the office is a bit better, but not much.

I am very happy with Vonage and with the people who work at the company. For many years they have been providing great service to me without any problems what so ever. And when some trouble comes along they have managed to find the right solution in a fast, easy and a professional manner. Thank you very much.

I love having a service with the same amount every month. I like being able to call at anytime for assistance. The customer service is awesome. They are polite patient and understanding to work with.

We have been a Vonage customer since January 2005. Our Internet Service is DSL 3MB Down & 1MB Up (faster the better). Many features can be controlled on your "Control Panel" on Vonage's Web site. One feature that I especially like is that if power or Internet is out at your home, calls can be routed to your cell phone or any other phone number of your choice (again, on your "Control Panel"). Don't need this feature often - BUT - nice to have. Vonage will work with any standard phone system. Our phones are 4 Panasonic wireless with answering machine. You just plug a standard phone cord into the Vonage phone modem that connects to the Internet with your computer system. In our case, 3 computers, 2 cell phones and 1 iPad.

Great service. I have had it since 2001 and it has never failed me. Wherever I go I take it with me and if where I am there is Internet my Vonage works GREAT. Customer Service is great. I recommended it.
