Super Company

Vonage is a super company that makes calling around the world easy and affordable. I have used a couple different plans and each one is exactly what we have needed. I have also had need to call their customer service line and it is easy to use, quick and very helpful. They have gotten on the problem and solved them quickly. This company cares about it's customers.

Reliable Service

I had reliable service for many years and then I had trouble talking to people who called me. I had to call them back in order to continue the conversation. I called Vonage who instructed me to call my Internet provider. I called the Internet provider and they checked my line and said all was well. I called Vonage until I got the right person who instructed me to use the other port on my Vonage modem. The port was covered so I didn't see it until he told me about it. I connected my phone to that port and it fixed my problem. I purchased a new modem and router trying to fix the problem prior to finally fixing the problem. I only wish that I had gotten in touch with the right person the first time I called and maybe I could have saved some money. It is kind of hit or miss getting a knowledgeable person when calling them. Otherwise I love the service.

Good Service

I have been with Vonage for about four years. I like the service. I like the fact that you can get transcribed voicemail in your e-mail. The transcription is not the best, but you do have the option of listening to the message. Vonage has a good customer service, they seem to be very professional and friendly.
