There is no technical issue but Vonage has billed me for two months of service and still not moved my old phone number for me!

Customer service reps are always helpful and tech's work you through problem solving, set-up, etc. Service is very solid and reliable.

Pro's: great price, long distance at no extra cost, helpful customer service. Con's: there is a gap between my voice and the recipient's response...I say, "hello....hello". They hear two hello's, think I can't hear them, but finally say hello back. Also, I'm told the reception is crackly at the beginning of each call. After we both respond, then the reception seems to be fine.

I wanted to use Vonage because a friend had been with them for years. I am very pleased with their entire package. I use it faithfully!

Great service, friendly staff, and available 24 hours, 7 days per week. Customer service are very helpful and the service is a reasonable price. I will recommend Vonage to my friends.

If my Internet service goes on the blink so does the phone. Unfortunately that is when I need it to phone my Internet service provider!

We have Vonage hooked up and working with a phone number they assigned us but we'd rather use our existing number and requested that they port out our number to Vonage so we could use it. That was January 9th and here it is January 26th and still no switch! That's my only problem - getting hooked up! Otherwise the system and service is great!
