It's really a great and cheap service. You can save a lot of money. We are using this service as a home phone and with our cell phones also.

I especially like the email print out of voice mail as I sometimes do not catch the signal on my phone that I have voicemail.

The service is great, since we can call free of charge to Australia, New Zealand and India. Hope in the future, we can call free of charge to Fiji, where I came from.

I like the service a lot. Sometimes it is weird computer voice when I start to check messages but it almost always gets normal by the time I actually listen to my messages. Once in a while I don't get my messages for days, but not often. One time it said I had messages but nothing there for 4 more days, then boom, lots of messages. Otherwise I get good value for my money. I have told numerous friends about this service. Only problem I see is if power goes out to my computer, I get no service until power comes back on. Could be problem in an emergency, right?

Everything was really easy to set up. I called Vonage to set up service, and the instructions that came with the device were really easy to follow. I had a problem with my phone a few months later. Customer Service was able to clearly instruct me over my cell phone how to pinpoint the problem within minutes. I definitely recommend Vonage for cheaper, yet reliable phone service.

I wish I could add on my Canadian cell number so I could receive the calls when not home. Thank you for great service and keep it up.
