We have had no trouble with service. Its always dependable service. We like that the messages are sent to your emails so you can review them at anytime anywhere. Easy to read or easy sound to play them to you if you choose.

Couldn't live without it!

I've been a Vonage customer for more than a decade (except for 2 days and I came right back). Excellent service and features galore. Recently call blocking has helped me ignore a relentless telephone solicitor. Transcribed voice mail is another great Vonage service. It's like having a "Phone butler" for pennies a day!

Mediocre service at best

Only after I asked to speak to a supervisor would the rep act on my request. And that was after I was transferred twice and then tried again to transfer me another time. That stopped when I asked for a supervisor. The good product and price are not worth it if you have to deal with the customer service reps.

Best company in the world

This company has me communicating all around the world. I love this service, it's the best! Wherever I go I only need a good Internet connection and, Voila... perfect sound, no interference and I keep my same USA number. It has helped me keep up with my life in my business and personal, get it, you won't regret it!

Would not give up my phone

The people were very helpful and called back several times to make sure things were working. The original person was very helpful and seemed to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. I have TWC and ATT Uverse both trying to get me to change but no WAY.

Very happy with the features and quality of Vonage service. Since Vonage service depends upon whether Internet is working, if internet dies Vonage service also dies. Being old and having several health problems it becomes difficult to reach anyone for emergency help.
