Outstanding service and call quality.

My home phone service was through my cable provider and was NOT cheap. I decided to do some research on line and compared Magic-jack and Vonage as well as about a dozen other VOIP providers. I finally decided to go with Vonage and upon calling and speaking to one of their representatives, they had me sold on their product. The product was shipped to me and delivered rather quickly. The set-up was extremely easy. I began using my phone as soon as I had completed connecting everything and could not believe the call quality. It is absolutely crystal clear and I have never had a call "dropped". I was also very pleased that Vonage was able to assign me a phone number with the same area code and first three numbers that are in this area already. Their online bill is super easy to understand and very simple. I also like the extra features that you get when signing up with them, such as call waiting, call forwarding to your cell phone and much more. I am glad I did the research and went with Vonage. I am totally pleased and will remain with Vonage indefinitely.

Never had a problem with Vonage. Much, much better then Comcast. Price is very affordable! Very happy with Vonage.

I've been a customer with Vonage for about 5 years and have had consistent problem-free service all throughout. When I've contacted Vonage regarding billing issues, their customer service has been friendly and prompt to resolve the issue.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the Customer Service staff. However, it took me a while to understand what I needed to do to fix my FAX. Once I clearly understood what I needed to do, it was very easy to move forward.

I was quoted $440 per month for the service and paid $1600 for the phones. As soon as numbers came over they charge my credit card for $612. Two fees were not disclosed for a total of $130, not including the taxes which I had expected. My Internet service from previous phone system never would work with Vonage, so I never ever had the service. I canceled the account, never using the service. BUT I own the phones and I paid for a month of the service that I never used. They would not refund anything!

Kathleen (February 25th 2017) : I don't understand the charges. Isn't it supposed to be $9.99 per month. Holy cow! This charge would kill me.

Service/phone not working

Vonage only offers a phone number for service. How can you call them if the phone does not work. I am very frustrated in my attempt to get service assistance.
