Not only would I recommend Vocalocity, I have recommended Vocalocity to business associates and friends. Vocalocity's customer service is excellent, the sound quality is great and the cost and lack of long term contracts makes using Vocalocity an easy choice for us.

We are very satisfied with Vocalocity. From initial contact with sales to post installation support and customer service, these guys are fantastic. Rapid response to any questions I've had. Excellent feature list for the price. Many features are in beta right now, and beta features can be added to your account if you are willing to test on a production system. I couldn't think of a single bad thing to say about any aspect of the switch over.

My company has been using Vocalocity for a little over a year now and we have been extremely pleased. We had a lot of problems previously with Verizon, mostly customer service issues, double billing, not billing, getting one answer from one person and then a different answer from the next person you talk to. Final straw was when they cut off service for a day despite the fact we had a credit with the account. One of the primary purposes of moving to Vocalocity was to make sure we could route calls to our cell phones if there were issues with the main line. Until I made the move I didn't realize how much flexibility there could be with the phone service. We really have control of how calls are routed when people call now. Most of the time we let calls just ring through but the ability to route them different ways is great. And we really like the voice-mail feature that emails you when someone leaves a message. The transcription is not always very good but there is an actual audio file attached so you can play the message on your cell phone. Basically you are always aware of who has called you, whether you are in office are not. i was worried how it would affect our internet speed but I have not noticed any deterioration.

It's been about 2 years now with 12 lines and we have had 100% reliable service. Features keep getting added and the customer support is first rate. We are very happy customers!

they were fast to answer... very patient with my 'newby' questions and concerns even more patient when i re-asked some questions :) i could always get somebody on the phone, if needed. i would recommend them over the other 2 which were offered.

excellent company to work with. Tried a few other providers that "stretched" their marketing material and seemed very unorganized once you work with them. Vocalocity has been spot on with delivering since day one. I've been with them for other 3 years now and would recommend them to ANY sized business. very cost effective with robust features.

Been with Vocalocity for over a year and have several customer's using them as well. Big kudos for the support staff! Always willing to jump into a problem. Some of the feature-set needs further development (fixed holiday calendar's for a start), but they keep churning out new releases all of the time. Having the development staff in-house is key to ensuring up-time as well as adapting to customer needs quickly.

Currently have multiple customers including my company using the service and there are rarely any issues with the service and when they occur vocalocity's tech team quickly resolves them.

I've been using Vocalocity for about a year and a half. It's excellent. The flexibility of their system is great since we have multiple offices. also, anytime an issue came up, their customer support staff has been great at figuring the issue out and solving it within an hour or 2. I've also sent them an email about having them fix up their voice to text program and they actually listened. I really love their service because they are a large company treating customers like a small company.

We were originally attracted to Vocalocity because of the cost, but because of the lack of features and inconsistency of call queue functionality we are now considering other providers. The call queue malfunctions daily, meaning that people/phones who are not signed in to take queue calls start receiving queue calls. Vocalocity customer service reps, while friendly, never have any explanation for this or an ETA of when it will be resolved. They also do not have global "holiday hours" control on the admin interface -- this means that any time our office will be closed, we have to change the holiday hours on all 16 of our virtual receptionist phone numbers, and the changes cannot be made until the office/phone lines have already closed on the previous day.
